Thanks for being sincere about the paying model, Duncan. As a resident of Europe, as an experienced journalist who loves to deliver news with a sarcastic touch, I was thinking to apply for a blogger job. But $200 wouldn't be much for 40 posts per month :)

I imagine you will get plenty of applications, but might be hard to find the right people. I hope you post again the results of your trial. Maybe now that you have the links and traffic from the celebrity stuff, you need to do more "money" posts.

Interesting model, I don't see why this can't be successful, I'm sure there will be plenty of applicants. Out of curiosity, what is the approximate average page views per post?

What do you need in terms of an application? Writing sample? I'm very interested in applying.

I'd be very interested in learning how this works out for you, assuming you are interested in sharing. One of our goals with TechMiso is to publish quality over quantity, but also at some point hiring using similar techniques for payout.
