That's not how I remember Perth a few years ago, Duncan. Seems like it's gone downhill as so many other cities around the world have. The cause? Well, I'd guess the cheapness of nasty drugs, like crack and crystal meth, unregulated immigration creating a large disaffected underclass, and violent video games affecting the impressionable minds of kids. It's rough life these days.
