How much extra for Premium compared with Economy?

    Nice write up Duncan.

I've always had pretty ordinary experiences with Qantas as well, just about every international flight I've been on has been delayed by mechanical issues.

A couple of months back I flew over to Germany and the entertainment system had to be reset 3-4 times between here and Singapore, and twice between Singapore and Frankfurt. That was in business class on a Qantas 747.

On the way back I came back with British Airways, on one of the new 777's, and again my entertainment system was broken. They moved me to 4 different business class seats, all of which were broken, and eventually put me up in first class......now that was an experience!

Apparently the back of the plane does feel the turbulence much worse than the middle and front, it also experience harder pressure changes as well...

Have a safe trip back, and enjoy the trip.

    Cheers
    Mat

I've never flown for so long. I heard that lately the cheap lines are becoming the very painfully wounded victim of not stopping economical crisis. Anyway those lines were something correct and many people used the cheaper way of quick traveling between countries. But it was and experiment that could succeed or not. Everything was showing that this experiment was a success but economical crisis touched cheap lines with sharp knife of destruction.

Thanks for the post. I see it is really a great economy. I like it. I buy designer clothes on Ebay (why buy Abercrombie jeans at the store for $65 a pair, when I bought 3 new pairs for 99 cents on Ebay ($8.00 shipping) ). I reuse my grocery bags... to clean out my cat boxes. I really don't like paying full retail for things besides groceries (I don't clip coupons; our paper doesn't have 'em) and gas (at $3.79 a gallon for the cheapest ).

Economy plus helps with leg room but my back is still killing me after a long flight. I'm lucky for work I get to fly business class. I try my best to book 767s on united since they have seats that recline completely flat! It's awesome!

Thanks for the review, while I don't get the fly Quantas much, I imagine all A380s would be similar. The legroom thing I imagine would be worth it alone as I am about the same height as you and the standard legroom is horrible in economy. I definitely agree with the rear of planes in general being much more turbulent, I've flown alot in general and I've noticed this as well,
